As the son of the late Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla, a respected leader of the Gurjar reservation movement, Vijay Singh Bainsla grew up witnessing the values of courage, discipline, and dedication to society. Inspired by his father’s vision, he has devoted himself to strengthening communities, promoting education, and addressing issues that affect the youth and rural population of Rajasthan.

Early Life and Political Journey
Born and raised in Rajasthan, Vijay Singh Bainsla developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by ordinary citizens from an early age. His upbringing instilled in him the importance of integrity, service, and leadership.
Throughout his journey, he has remained closely connected with the people of Rajasthan, listening to their concerns and working toward practical solutions that improve education, employment opportunities, infrastructure, and social harmony.
Vijay Singh Bainsla formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2019 along with his father, Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla. Since then, he has actively participated in organizational activities and public outreach across Rajasthan.
He has consistently worked to strengthen the connection between citizens and governance by promoting transparent administration, effective public participation, and development-oriented policies. His approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and long-term progress rather than short-term solutions.
Vijay Bainsla has been associated with various social initiatives through the Colonel Bainsla Foundation. His public work has focused on:

Leadership
Following the passing of Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla in 2022, Vijay Bainsla assumed a more prominent leadership role in community affairs. He has served as the President of the Gurjar Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti and has continued to advocate for issues related to reservation and representation of the MBC community in Rajasthan.
